Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. Please allow 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.

If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us at chillbreezes.store@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.


Customs and Import Duties

ChillBreezes ships internationally from our fulfillment centers. Some orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. ChillBreezes has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are concerned about potential import fees.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please follow these steps:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest update
  2. Check with your local post office or delivery provider
  3. Contact us at chillbreezes.store@gmail.com with your order number

If your order is confirmed lost we will either send a full replacement or issue a complete refund — whichever you prefer. No questions asked.


Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ChillBreezes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake in your address immediately after placing your order contact us at chillbreezes.store@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


Multiple Items

If you order multiple products they may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times depending on stock location. This is completely normal. Your full order will always arrive within the stated delivery window.
